Zach Lisko
Lead Engineer & Founder
With a background spanning software development, systems engineering, and hardware integration, Zach founded Lisko Labs to focus on systems-level research and development.
Zach also leads interdisciplinary system design and management, translating customer operating needs into design documents, supplier scopes, and practical handoff guidance. He works across hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations to keep interfaces aligned with the overall system intent.
His systems thinking approach enables the lab to tackle complex challenges that require understanding the full stack: from hardware and embedded systems to software, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
Caitlyn Lisko
Co-founder
With a background spanning organizational operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination, Caitlyn co-founded Lisko Labs to help translate complex ideas into structured, executable initiatives. Her strengths in strategic thinking, communication, and systems organization enable the lab to move from concept to implementation efficiently.
Caitlyn brings a systems-oriented mindset that focuses on aligning people, processes, and priorities. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, operational structure, and thoughtful coordination across projects, helping ensure that ambitious ideas can be developed, organized, and carried through to meaningful outcomes.
